Consortium Management has ensured professional scientific management of the network’s learning process, coordination, evaluation, risk analysis, contingency planning and sustainability planning, and the creation of a management technical infrastructure.

WP 9 - Project Management, risk assessment and evaluation

The objective of this WP has been to ensure a high quality in the management of the Network. The successful management of the Network is a key task in the project and requires the commitment and participation of all participants in the Network.

WP 16 - Project Management

Work in this Work Package has included the overall management and administrative, financial and scientific coordination of activities, planning and control, quality assurance, risk assessment and project self-evaluation. It has ensured that all objectives are met and represents the project to the European Commission and IST community. It should be noted that the project management structure has been presented in section 4.
