WP 16 - Project Management
Work in this Work Package includes the overall management and administrative, financial and scientific coordination of activities, planning and control, quality assurance, risk assessment and project self-evaluation. It ensures that all objectives are met and represents the project to the European Commission and IST community. It should be noted that the project management structure has been presented in section 4.
The Project Management has the following objectives:
- To perform administrative and financial management
- To perform scientific management
- To perform risk analysis
- To perform self-evaluation
- To perform quality assurance
