WP 9 - Project Management, risk assessment and evaluation
The objective of this WP has been to ensure a high quality in the management of the Network. The successful management of the Network is a key task in the project and requires the commitment and participation of all participants in the Network.
Therefore the DEMO-net consortium sees coordination and management as an integrated part of the work plan, and has set aside sufficient resources for the implementation of this WP. The success of such a complex Network, which represents many different interest groups, requires a solid and well structured management plan.
This means the monitoring and reporting and keeping the project on time and within the resources available. It also requires handling of contractual issues including the maintenance of the contractual relationship between the Commission and the DEMO-net Consortium, but also includes the maintenance and enforcement of the Consortium Agreement (CA), regulating the internal organization and distribution of tasks within the consortium.
