WP 15 - Dissemination and DEMO-net Website
In the second phase of the project, WP15 has been responsible for disseminating the DEMO-net project and for managing the DEMO-net website, keeping it updated with fresh material and results, available to all audiences.
A dissemination strategy taking into account work and dissemination activities from all other work packages have been formulated, enhancing the dissemination strategy of the first phase of the DEMO-net project. Additionally, the renewed dissemination strategy has addressed the interests of a variety of stakeholders, including the general public. Localisation issues have been taken into consideration in order to be able to reach local and regional political system, society, academia, practitioners, researchers and the industry from as many countries as possible. Activities with other funded eParticipation projects, international organisations (e.g. OECD, Council of Europe, United Nations etc.) as well as Policy Advisory Panel activities have been coordinated from this work package. Further project-wide dissemination with internal and external events have been taken place within this work package. Indexes formulated within the first phase of the project as well as success criteria will be monitored to keep track of the task of dissemination. Close contact has been maintained with regard to the developments in WP10 on the VRC and migration of content. Furthermore, there have been close contact with WP11 for dissemination strategies in the ePCoP. Whereas WP 11 involved and engaged the targeted stakeholder groups to closer working practices between DEMO-net and eParticipation practitioners, WP 15 provides information about DEMO-net eParticipation in the SIGs.
