Naoum is currently working as a freelancer Organisational Consultant. Naoum has worked in the past as an eParticipation researcher and project manager for EU and national projects in the Information Systems Lab of the University of Macedonia (http://islab.uom.gr/). He was part of the team that successfully submitted the WAVE (Welcoming Argument Visualisation to Europe) project proposal in 2008 and coordinated the project till Nov. 2009. Naoum has acquired the following educational degrees: Master in Business Administration (MBA) (2005) Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering (2002) and a Bachelor Degree in Piano Performance (1999). He is currently studying experiential training in organisations using the Gestalt approach with the Gestaltedge in Organisations. He has several publications mostly in the eParticipation field. He has a keen interest in Human Resource Management and Organisational Learning. Naoum has extensive experience as an eParticipation and eGovernment Researcher and Project Manager for the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki, Greece.
