Description of portal tabs
View entire FAQ in fullYou will find the portal tabs at the top of the screen below the logo. They represent each major section of the portal and replicate the folders and smart files in the navigation portlet. Clicking a portal tab will therefore have the same effect as clicking on the equivalent folder or smart file in the navigation bar. However, they are useful when working in full screen mode as the navigation bar is hidden, and they are easy to use instead of having to scroll down a filled navigation tree when you want to change location.
