How to create a smart folder?

A smart folder is a folder that lists contents of other folders with specific criterias.

  1. Click the folder where you want the smart folder to appear
  2. Click the add item dropdown menu
  3. Select smart folders
  4. The system will take you to the edit page
  5. Fill in the appropriate fields and click save
  6. Click the criteria tab
  7. Select the appropriate field name and criteria type to define your search
  8. Click add
  9. Repeat steps 7 and 8 until you have added all the relevant search criteria
  10. Set the sort order by selecting the appropriate field name
  11. Click save
  12. Click the view tab to see the results
