How to create a smart folder?
A smart folder is a folder that lists contents of other folders with specific criterias.
- Click the folder where you want the smart folder to appear
- Click the add item dropdown menu
- Select smart folders
- The system will take you to the edit page
- Fill in the appropriate fields and click save
- Click the criteria tab
- Select the appropriate field name and criteria type to define your search
- Click add
- Repeat steps 7 and 8 until you have added all the relevant search criteria
- Set the sort order by selecting the appropriate field name
- Click save
- Click the view tab to see the results
