Although there is a prevailing view that immigrants and ethnic minorities face particular problems in accessing and using ICTs, this assertion is by no means supported by the evidence. The picture is complex, and it will be analysed in a new ePractice.eu workshop to be held in Brussels on November 13. This hands-on seminar will explore several key themes related to eInclusion and immigration in the EU, which will be illustrated with relevant case studies presentations and interactive discussion groups.
