The Swiss national ICT conference will take place on 27 November 2008 in Bern. Organized by OFCOM in collaboration with the network "Swiss Digital Integration", it aims to discuss and unveil the possibilities and limits of ICT as a means for social integration. Investigation of the reasons why specific society groups (older people, migrants, disabled) are still not using ICT.
