THE WORKSHOP HAS BEEN POSTPONED
One
of DEMO-net´s objectives is to improve research on eParticipation by
supporting the exchange of experiences and ideas on salient issues
between researchers from different disciplines and countries. The
purpose of this workshop is to discuss innovative approaches to
inclusion and exclusion, a topic which has been on the agenda for at
least a decade but which tends to focus too much on physical access to
computers and too little on knowledge and skills for taking part in
society.
