Call for papers: 2nd international conference on eParticipation

International conference on eParticipation (ePart) 2010 - the second international conference dedicated to eParticipation research. The conference will be held at Lausanne (Switzerland) on 29 August - 2 September 2010 in parallel to and co-located with the e-government conference 2010 organised by the IFIP WG 8.5. ePart 2010 is sponsored by IFIP WG 8.5.
