Description:
Napier use this in collaborative eParticipation projects for the early stages of requirements definition, to appreciate the other participants’ understanding of the problems to be solved, activities to be supported, and the cultural and political aspects of intervening in the situation. The methodology is a loosely structured Action Research approach (see Checkland, 1990).
