Aims:
This project aims at the development of modular electronic learning material for civil servants, using the expertise of a consortium in the field of eGovernment and eDemocracy.
Description:
TRIAS Telematica is a pilot project on electronic learning material for Civil Servants on E-Government: TRIAS Telematica. The thematic field of eGovernment was split into topics, visualised trhough topic maps, the knowledge base filled by WIKI tools. The summer courses were organised for public administration officials from several countries, using game technologies and scenario approaches.
