The numerous innovative approaches lack an optimal interactive application of the potentials of the internet. That is where Citizen Talk starts off. This project analyses new communication strategies in urban, regional and transport planning; these are connected with new interactive communication possibilities and presentation forms. One part of the project investigates the technical aspects of the construction and application of chatbots. A chatbot prototype is under development.
